Booking information

We offer two ways of booking accommodation at Radfords Lakeview Motel. The first button is through the AA, book now, pay now. The other Book Now button is book now, pay on arrival. If you have any questions, please contact us: radfordsmotel@xtra.co.nz.  Two night consecutive stays apply from 24 December until 31 March.  For a one night booking please contact management for consideration.

Parking/Storage

Free parking is available for guests vehicles while away on an overnight cruise or a walk/tramp.  We also have parking available for guests boats, trailers or larger vehicles &
locked storage for motorbikes.  We also have secure storage for your luggage.   Just enquire at reception on check in.

Stay at our motel and email a photo of your time in Fiordland to us at radfordsmotel.co.nz and go in the draw to receive a refund of one nights accommodation.

RADFORDS LAKEVIEW MOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY

CHECK OUT 10.00 AM

Should you cancel within 72 hours of your reservation date, you will be charged 1 night's accommodation.    If you have booked for more than 1 night, 50% of the tariff will be charged.  If you fail to arrive at all, you will be charged the full tariff.
Naturally we will make every attempt to re-sell the room(s) and if successful a full refund will be made.  Guests are always advised to take out travel insurance to protect themselves against unavoidable changes in their travel plans.   Two night consecutive stays apply from 24 December until 31 March.  One night bookings may be approved by management.

Credit Card Security:  Your credit card details will be taken to secure your booking.  No charge will be made to your credit card but details will be retained on file.

Changes in reservation term:  Any change in reservation term will be treated as a new booking and additional charges may apply.  Any extension to a booking is subject to availability of rooms.  Earlier departure than the reserved date may result in you being charged for the full reservation unless approved by motel management and are able to relet the booked accommodation at an equivalent tariff.

Smoking:  This is a smoke free complex.  Please smoke outside away from open windows, doors and other guests, especially children.  In the event of someone having smoked in the room we will engage a specialist cleaning company.  We reserve the right to charge such costs and any resulting loss of income to the registered guest.

General:  All deliberate or reckless acts that result in damage to our property and any costs associated with inappropriate behavior resulting in loss of income to the motel, will be charged to the registered guest.

Travel Insurance

Unfortunately things can go wrong when on holiday. You could fall ill, have an accident or have money or luggage stolen; your visit may be need to be cancelled or cut short through injury or illness. It is our recommendation to guests to take out travel insurance to protect themselves from these unforeseen circumstances.
